Digital Sketchdump

I wanted to post another sketchdump because I remembered some pieces I had in my sketchbook that I was really happy with but hadn't posted, but I couldn't find my sketchbook... 

Recently, my laptop was running slow as hell, so I cleared out my art folders and my downloads, etc etc, and I found all of my file backups from my old laptop (aka like two/three years ago??) And stuck a load of stuff on my cloud storage. Turns out it was the backup of the old install of Windows that was eating up the space, but at least I have nice clean folders now. Anyway, some of the old art stuff I found was laughably bad, and some of it was surprisingly good. But it inspired me to dig through my crushingly large pile of unfinished sketches.

Pretty sure the top two are from 2012 or something, they're horrendous. But I know I put a lot of time into them (mostly because I had no idea what I was doing back then and spent most of the time floundering) so I feel like I should put them in there anyway, as a tribute to my younger self... (p.s., you sucked at art <3)

Huh, just noticed they're more or less in age order. Niiiice.

Might as well call it 'Zelda' since there's only one thing in there that isn't.
